The Appin Sports Team
Vivien joined our team in 2021 as a Sales Executive. With her recent promotion to Sales Team Leader in February 2024, her main responsibilities include overseeing key accounts and ensuring the smooth operation of our inbound sales activities, while also overseeing the recruitment process at Appin Sports.
Coming from a background in events management and tourism, she enjoys interactions with different stakeholders and new creative challenges.
Vivien speaks 3 languages and outside of work, she enjoys cycling, travelling and sketching.
Having studied as a sports scientist in Aberdeen and worked as a bike mechanic, Edward has honed his skills in all areas of cycling.
In her spare time she loves to take her dog for walks along the beach. She also loves to design and spend time using her sewing machine.
Saqib joined Appin in March 2024, working as an inbound sales executive. He handles all incoming orders and makes sure customers are happy with designs and making any necessary changes if needed.
Outside of work, Saqib plays for a 7 a side football team with his friends, who compete in leagues around Scotland. Also he loves travelling around the world and being able to experience different cultures.
Calum Joined Appin Sports in March 2024 to carry out the role of Marketing Executive. He currently works part time while also completing a degree in Marketing/ Business Analysis and Technology at the University of Strathclyde.
In his spare time he enjoys going to watch football from the stands as his playing career was cut short he claims due to knee injuries and not because of his general lack of technical ability. He also enjoys golfing, going out with friends and travelling.
After work, he enjoys going to the gym as he believes it helps clear his mind and stay focus.
Outside of all-things social media, website and SEO, she prefers swimming to running, pilates to yoga, tea to coffee, gave Blur the edge over Oasis way back when – and is firmly on the “don’t-like” side of the Marmite fence.
Kenny was brought into the Appin Sports team as part of our expansion into football teamwear as a football consultant. As a UEFA A licence and active football coach, Kenny has a great understanding of the current needs and requirements of a modern football club and will ensure that our customers have a terrific kit which will truly stand out.
In his spare time, he trains Edinburgh City Women in the Scottish Championship.
In his free time, Sam enjoys playing football and hockey, as well as going to the gym.
She loves outdoor activities, mainly hiking and cycling. She also loves to run and she can be spotted in the beautiful Pentlands with her dog. All her spare time she dedicates to her family.
In her spare time she enjoys doing creative writing and poetry, crafting and spending valuable time with her husband and daughter. She fully embraces the simple things life has to offer in this very chaotic world that we live in. Coming all the way from, South Africa, she also loves to explore new places in Scotland, her new home.
